Base rate includes up to four guests. Fishing charters have a six-person maximum.
Choosing the right length: Four hours works well for a focused fishing trip. Six hours is the option to select for a seasonal catch-and-cook request. Eight hours gives the group time to combine fishing with snorkeling, island hopping or a longer full-day plan.

Scheduled ferry ride tickets
One ride means boarding for one route segment. A standard round trip uses two ride tickets per person.
Online reservation payment: $5 per ride ticket is charged when you book and is non-refundable. It is applied toward the transportation fare. The remaining balance is paid at check-in on your booked service date.

Hotel and villa pickup: Pickup is available only when the boat can securely reach the beach or dock. Waves, water depth and dock conditions may prevent safe boarding. If the captain cannot complete the pickup safely, the pickup charge will be refunded and our team will help arrange taxi transportation to and from South Bank Marina.
Booking and refund information
The terms that matter before you pay.
Boat charters and scheduled Water Taxi tickets work differently. Review the policy for the service you are booking.
24-hour refund window
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled charter departure for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, missed trips and no-shows are non-refundable.
The operating team decides
Wind, rain in the forecast or a guest’s preference does not automatically cancel a trip. The captain and operations team determine whether conditions require a delay, route change, reschedule or cancellation. If our team cancels, we will contact the booking holder with the applicable reschedule or refund option.
Your trip still ends on time
A late group uses part of its reserved charter time. The trip normally ends at the original finishing time, and lateness does not reduce the price. The Water Taxi does not wait for late passengers—no exceptions.
Select the proper guest count
Every adult, child and lap infant must be included when booking. The crew uses that count for the manifest, supplies, food, drinks, equipment and capacity. Contact us before arrival if the number changes.
Mandatory 10% charge
A mandatory holiday fee equal to 10% of the charter cost applies on designated holidays. The calculators include a holiday option so you can estimate the added cost before checkout.

Prices on this page are direct online rates and are not price-matched to resort or third-party listings. Resort bookings may cost approximately 20% more when the resort’s mandatory commission is included.
Meeting points and check-in
Use the location in your confirmation.
The private charter boat and passenger ferry normally leave from different locations. Your confirmation is the final meeting instruction for the service booked.
South Bank Marina
South Bank Marina is the regular departure point with no pickup charge. Hotel, villa and island pickup prices shown in the calculators are route estimates. Pickup must be requested and confirmed, and your meeting time may be adjusted for the route. Safe access depends on waves, water depth and dock conditions. If the boat cannot securely reach the pickup point, the pickup charge will be refunded and our team will help arrange taxi transportation to and from the marina.
Columbus Drive Shuttle Dock
Check in at the Turks Ventures office at the Shuttle Dock on Columbus Drive. Your ticket can be used for any scheduled loop on the booked service date, but it does not make the ferry wait.
Arrive early for the loop you want
Seating is limited and boarding follows check-in order. If you miss the ferry or that loop is full, you must wait for the next scheduled loop. Keep your ticket available each time you board.

What do the Boat Day and Fishing base rates include?
Each private-charter base rate includes up to four guests. Additional-person charges depend on the trip length. Standard Boat Day pricing accommodates up to eight guests, while Fishing charters have a six-person maximum.
Are taxes included in the displayed charter prices?
No. Boat Day and Fishing prices are shown before the 12% government tax. The calculators add the estimated tax so you can see the expected direct total.
How does the mandatory holiday fee work?
A fee equal to 10% of the charter cost applies on designated holidays. Select the holiday option in the Boat Day or Fishing calculator to include it in the estimate.
What is the cancellation policy for private charters?
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, missed trips and no-shows are non-refundable.
Who decides when weather requires cancellation?
The Turks Ventures captain and operations team make weather and sea-condition decisions. They may adjust the start, route or activity, reschedule the trip or cancel when necessary. A guest’s decision not to attend because of a forecast does not automatically qualify as an operator cancellation.
What happens if my group is late?
A private charter normally still ends at the original scheduled time, so late arrival shortens the group’s time on the water. The Water Taxi does not wait; a late passenger must take the next available loop.
Why must I enter the correct guest count?
The crew uses the number of adults, children and infants to prepare the passenger manifest, safety equipment, refreshments, activity gear and boat capacity. Any change must be approved before arrival.
Why can a resort or third-party price be higher?
This page shows direct online prices. Resort and third-party listings may include their own commission or platform charges. A resort booking may be approximately 20% higher when its mandatory commission is included, and partner prices are not matched to the direct rate.
How does the Water Taxi reservation payment work?
A non-refundable $5 payment is charged for every ride ticket booked online and is applied toward the transportation fare. The remaining balance is paid at check-in. A standard round trip requires two ride tickets per person.
Does a Water Taxi ticket reserve a particular departure?
