Beach or dock pickup is subject to safe access and confirmation. If pickup cannot be completed safely, the pickup charge is refunded and our team will help arrange taxi transportation to and from South Bank Marina.

Each boarding uses one ride ticket per person. Age 3+: $15 per ride. Lap infants: $5 per ride. Include every passenger.
Your non-refundable $5 payment per ride ticket goes toward the fare. Pay the remaining balance at check-in. Seating follows check-in order; a ticket does not reserve a particular departure.
Private charters include up to four guests. Boat Day starts at $500 + tax; Fishing starts at $1,160 + tax. Partner booking prices may differ from direct rates.
Boat Day & Fishing
The regular departure point for M.V. Sunshine, with no pickup charge. Optional boat pickup must be confirmed. Follow the location and meeting time in your booking confirmation.
Water Taxi
Check in at the Turks Ventures office. Arrive early for your preferred loop and keep your ticket ready. If the ferry is full or you miss it, wait for the next available scheduled loop.
Each private-charter base rate includes up to four guests. Additional-person charges depend on the trip length. Standard Boat Day pricing accommodates up to eight guests, while Fishing charters have a six-person maximum.
Base rates are shown before the 12% government tax. The calculator adds estimated tax to the total so you can see the expected direct price before checking availability.
A 10% holiday fee applies on designated holidays. Choose Boat Day or Fishing, open “Boat pickup & holiday fee” and select the holiday option to include it in your estimate. Confirm applicable dates with our team.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, missed trips and no-shows are non-refundable.
The Turks Ventures captain and operations team make weather and sea-condition decisions. They may adjust the start, route or activity, reschedule the trip or cancel when necessary. A guest’s decision not to attend because of a forecast does not automatically qualify as an operator cancellation.
A private charter normally still ends at the original scheduled time, so late arrival shortens the group’s time on the water. The Water Taxi does not wait; a late passenger must take the next available loop.
The crew uses the number of adults, children and infants to prepare the passenger manifest, safety equipment, refreshments, activity gear and boat capacity. Any change must be approved before arrival.

No. The ticket can be used on any scheduled loop on the booked service date. Seating follows check-in order. If you are late or the ferry is full, you must wait for the next available scheduled loop.
