Planning to book a private boat charter in Turks & Caicos with Turks Ventures? Here are the essentials to know before confirming your charter.
Bookings & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your charter. Any remaining balance is due before departure. Prices are in USD and taxes or fees may apply.
Guests & Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, the base price covers up to 6 guests and fuel. Extra guests beyond 6 may incur a per-person charge.
Activities & Time
Some combinations, such as fishing plus snorkeling, may not fit into shorter charters. Longer charters give more flexibility for mixed experiences.
Guest Cancellations
48 hours or more before departure: full refund. 24–47 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund.
Operator Cancellations
If unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns arise, we may reschedule or refund your charter. Third-party costs may not be refundable.
Weather & Safety
The captain may adjust routes, timing, or activities for safety and sea conditions. Guests must follow crew instructions at all times.
Liability
All water activities carry risks. By booking, you accept these risks. Turks Ventures is not liable except for proven negligence under applicable local law.
