Before You Book — Quick Terms

Planning to book private boat charter Turks and Caicos with Turks Ventures?
Here are the essentials to know before confirming your private charter:

• Bookings & Payments: A deposit may be required; remaining balance due before departure. Prices in USD; taxes/fees may apply.
• Guests: Base price covers up to 6 guests and fuel. Extra guests beyond 6 incur a per-person charge.
• Activities & Time: Some activities (like fishing + snorkeling) may not fit in shorter charters.
• Cancellations (Guest): 48h+ = full refund; 24–47h = 50% refund; less than 24h or no-show = no refund.
• Cancellations (Operator): If unsafe weather or mechanical issues arise, we’ll reschedule or refund (excludes third-party costs).
• Weather & Safety: Captain may adjust routes or activities. Guests must follow crew instructions.
• Liability: All water activities carry risks. By booking, you accept these risks. We are not liable except for proven negligence under local law.
