How Conch & Lobster Diving Works

  • Shallow dives (free dive or snorkel) in clear flats and reef edges
  • Spot conch in sandy grass beds; lobsters in reef crevices
  • Guided by captain/crew to safe, approved zones
  • Catch is cleaned, stored, and prepared for beach cook-up
Fresh Eats

From Sea to Table

One of the highlights of a Turks Ventures charter is enjoying your catch fresh. Depending on your charter length and catch, our crew may prepare:

  • Conch salad: Lime, pepper, onion, tomato—served raw, refreshing, and iconic.
  • Grilled lobster: Fresh over coals at a beach stop, paired with island sides.

Menus vary by season and catch. Always subject to DECR limits and safe handling.

Safety & Conservation

Respecting the Ocean

  • Only dive under crew supervision
  • Observe size limits: undersized conch/lobster must be released
  • No spearfishing tanks—free diving only
  • Dispose of shells responsibly away from tourist beaches
